It was a pleasure to deal with Paul Avery on our recent house purchase. He is very easy to deal with, is professional, thoughtful, accommodating and genuinely cares about his clients. He’s very knowledgeable about the housing market and had many helpful suggestions which contributed to a smooth house purchase.. Paul definitely went above and beyond our expectations in finding our new home. By taking the initiative Paul found an unlisted property for sale by a builder that we would have never come across.
