“The most memorable experiences involve special occasions and growing with my clients. Some popular examples are wedding days or being welcomed into someone’s home while developing amazing relationships in the process, which has been a heartwarming and incredible experience for me.”

“I love the ability to be creative with my business decisions, while also giving the chefs the option to create whatever they choose to suit the event by putting their own personal flair on everything. I believe it is critical to listen to your clients and treat each one on an individual basis to ensure the highest level of satisfaction. In addition to this, it is important to develop relationships with your staff and learn from them.”

“I love the fact that there are so many amazing restaurants, unique shops, and other retail businesses all accessible on one street in the main block in Thornbury. Also, the community aspect of the area is very admirable and welcoming to those visiting the Blue Mountains area. The Corner and the beach in Thornbury are some of my favourite places to visit in Thornbury. Trail runs, going on hikes, bike riding through the trails, and visiting all the delicious restaurant are some of my favourite pass times in the community. I strongly believe in shopping local because supporting each other creates a huge sense of community and is a fundamental part of the economy thriving and growing in the area.”
